meaning that we regenerate previously used land and buildings.
Often we have to deal with difficult planning issues, and
contamination or structural problems are an increasing component
in devising a new scheme.

out associate investors we are especially keen to hear about strategic
opportunities to acquire land and sites that require a long term
approach and a skilled hand with planning.
As a
privately owned property developer we can make quick decisions and
we operate throughout the UK from our central office in Sheffield,
Yorkshire. If you own

you. We will pay generous introduction commissions to non retained
agents where we are not aware of the site.
