require property and sites for our forthcoming student accommodation
venture throughout the UK for schemes between 50 and 1,000 beds in
locations close to the university campus.
Our
team is skilled at delivering student accommodation planning
consents that optimise the site. Your site is unlikely to be
smaller than 0.25 acre and we will consider schemes that have
commercial or affordable housing content as well as challenging
sites that have planning or contamination issues problems.
All
university towns will be considered with special priority given to
